PRICING
The prices displayed at the Site are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are valid and effective only in the United States and Canada.

RETURN POLICY
We want you to be thrilled with your Brynn Capella Handbag and Accessories purchase! If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, you may return unused merchandise in resalable condition back to us within 10 days of shipment date for an exchange or merchandise credit. Sale items cannot be returned. Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable. The customer will handle all return fees as well.

In order to obtain a Return Authorization# call us at 773-772-2778 with the following information:

c. Indicate if the item(s) are RETURN or REPAIR

g. Reason for Return

Please package the item in a padded secure enclosure.

Be sure to INSURE your package! This is very very important, we cannot issue you a credit if your package is lost in transit.

If all the above required conditions are met, we will exchange your order and cover the new shipping costs.
