Return and Refund Policy

Although, we can't offer cash refunds, we want you to be thrilled with your Brynn Capella Handbag and Accessories purchase! If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, you may exchange your purchase if you follow these guidelines.

• must be unused and undamaged with all tags attached.
• shipped back within FOURTEEN (14) days from the date the package was delivered to you...according to our tracking numbers.
• must be sent in its original packaging.
• return package should be sent with a tracking number so we will be able to trace the parcel. Email us the tracking number, reason for exchange and item(s) you wish to exchange for.

If all the above required conditions are met, we will exchange your order and cover the new shipping costs.
